Introductory Workshop to Sphere Handbook
The Sphere Handbook is based on the belief that all people have the right to live with dignity and respect, even in the most difficult circumstances. It is a tool that can be used to ensure that humanitarian assistance is provided in a way that is effective, efficient, and accountable.
The Sphere Handbook is used by a wide range of humanitarian actors, including governments, NGOs, and the United Nations.
